We spend a considerable amount of time providing strategic advice and assistance to management teams.  We have already successfully assisted more than 20+ companies in the UAE in the last 2 years in transforming their businesses and then raising finance, either via private investors taking minority shareholdings or selling of the whole company.

Our services to individuals and companies cover the following activities:

5. Executive and non executive placement 
 

This also happens more informally through our monthly appearance as Strategy Business Doctors on the Business radio programme for Dubai Eye 103.8 broadcast on Monday evenings.  In addition, we have chaired numerous conferences on corporate governance, financial risk, raising finance, the green economy and many more for both government, private, university and NGO's. 

For these services, we will enter into specific agreements to cover the costs for the time and work involved in each assignment and typically this is charged on a daily basis.  We can also charge on a per attendee basis for training and in the sale or improvement of a company, via a mixture of fixed and success based costs.
