Advice
- Ensure the business plan looks realistic and analyses the market correctly, reflecting the costs applicable in the region & recognizes the real rather than 'hope for' cash flow in the developing stages of the business.
- How best to structure the opportunity/valuation of the shareholding.
- Ensure the deal stacks up (strong potential, numbers, management team)
- Advise on your 'tactical approach' to raising finance (how much to raise in this round, your valuation and funding approach).
- Clarity of proposition (a clear summary and short investment pitch).
- Presentation skills training.
Marketing / Promotion
We market the opportunity to our network of investors, family offices and funds. This is done through our regular investor events, breakfast club meetings, investment bulletins, email updates and website. We also directly place deals to investors and family offices we know well.
Negotiations
We help negotiate an investment between the company and the investor.
