What we charge
We charge companies for three elements:
1. Preparation and Advisory Costs
We don’t ‘flip’ deals to our investors or work on a 'success fee only' basis. Our investors expect us to i) Screen out poor deals and ensure the proposition stacks up ii) Ensure there is sufficient supporting information, and iii) Undertake initial due diligence on the business and management team.
2. Marketing Costs
We incur real costs in promoting deals to investors. These include event invitations, event venues, creation and distribution of hard copy Investment Bulletins, e.bulletins, promotional videos and website uploads.
3. Success Fees
Our main motivation is the success fee associated with raising investment. We charge a success fee if we successfully introduce investment into your business. There is an option attached to this fee which gives us the option to convert our success fee into equity in your business at the valuation at which we raise money.
