Typically we work with a company for 4-6 weeks before approaching investors, and we go through the following:
- Assisting and writing with you the strategy and Business Plan and financial needs of the company.

- Discuss with you the management structure and competencies that you currently have, will need for the future, may need as non executive advisors and from your investors.
- Methodoligies of valuation of businesses and what is appropriate for you.
- Clarity in articulating the business angle / USP.
- Advice on the presentation and content of the information memomorandum and investor pack.
- Discuss and advise on the funding approach (timing, amount, presentation).
- Advise on funding options (see our investors).
- Advise on valuation and the investor offer.
- Provide detailed feedback on the effectiveness of the investor pitch.
We may seek direct feedback from 'warm' investors prior to pitching a company for investment.
