Envestors Dubai and the Middle East

Envestors Dubai is currently the only active Business Angel Network in the region, connecting Entrepreneurs with Investors. Our expertise lies in determining how best to present a company to investors to give it the best chance of raising investment.

Envestors MENA is a franchise of the award winning and market leading Business Angel Network in the UK. It has for the last 3 years consecutively been voted the leading investment network in the UK.

At Envestors MENA, we have met and advised over 1,000 companies in the last 3 years, and have selected about 20 to take forward and present to our investors, of which approximately 50% have been funded. Raising finance is difficult, which is why we select only the best.

The businesses we presented have gone on to win many awards/recognitions, and one of them went on to win the Best SME at the Celebration of Entrepreneurship run by Abraaj Capital in 2010, as well as multiple awards at the SME Awards. We have been successful in raising more finance for SME’s than any other company in Dubai.

Things we will do:

We are direct and will tell it as it is. If you are a sensitive type, and will take offence if we tell you your valuation is too high, we might not be right for you.

We will help you and your team to present yourselves and your company in the best way possible in order to achieve the most successful outcome with investors.

A couple of things we won't do:

We never simply 'flip' deals to investors on a success fee only basis.

We aren't just brokers-we also assist in writing business plans and with the underlying strategy and financials. We have firm views as to what makes a good business plan, and whether it will succeed in raising finance..
